I haven't posted here in a long time, have I? GJ's just a lot more convenient, so I've been spending most of my time there. I do, however, want to say "hello" to anyone who I may not have spoken to in a long time. And I want to try to post five of my weirdest habits (this idea was stolen from Geeb). It's going to be really hard since I don't really have any habits, but I'm going to go for it.
1. I count steps everywhere I go. I don't know how this one started. There are fourteen at my mom's house, forty something on the way to the school library, and about a dozen up to my apartment.
2. I collect music. Songs I heard while I was really young, songs I heard while growing up...and it's all stored on my computer, mp3 player, and on burnt CDs.
3. I'm a language nerd. I'm currently fluent in English and Spanish, I know all of the alphabet and a few signs in sign language, and I'm learning to speak both Japanese and French. I can swear in Spanish, Japanese, and Italian.
4. I memorize movie lines, famous quotations, song lyrics, etc and use them in everyday conversation. I don't do this on purpose...it just happens.
5. I'm a bit of a packrat. I hate to throw anything away if it has any kind of sentimental value to it. I still have a chicken my sister knitted/crocheted (or whatever) in art class ten years ago.
Hey, it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be...
